Tennessee Volunteers offensive line coach Glen Elarbee extended an offer to 2025 four-star offensive lineman Hardy Watts from West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Elarbee visited Dexter Southfield High School to kick off the spring visitation period and personally made the offer to Watts, who is ranked as the No. 249 prospect in the 2025 class according to the On3 Industry Rankings.
Currently holding 25 offers, Watts has drawn interest from nationally renowned schools like Alabama, Clemson, Miami, Michigan, and South Carolina. At 6 feet 5 inches and 295 pounds, he is the perfect size for an offensive lineman in the interior. Tennessee values interior linemen even if they are concentrating their recruiting efforts on national tackle prospects. They obtained commitments from a center and multiple guards in the previous cycle. Whether they will step up their pursuit of Watts is still to be seen.
