In Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Monday afternoon, Dusty May, the new head coach of the Michigan men’s basketball team, secured a significant addition to the Wolverines roster. Vladislav Goldin, a 7-foot center transferring from Florida Atlantic, announced his decision to forego the NBA Draft and commit to Michigan basketball.
Goldin began his collegiate career at Texas Tech, appearing in 10 games for the Red Raiders before transferring to Florida Atlantic. During his three seasons with the Owls, he played a pivotal role in their journey to the Final Four in 2023.
With impressive stats of 15.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game last season, Goldin brings notable talent to the Wolverines. May continues to strengthen his squad for the upcoming season with this latest addition.
