It is with the deepest regret that Boreham Wood FC have to announce the death of their much loved President Bill O’Neill. He passed away on Wednesday this week at the grand old age of 96.
Bill was, of course, one of the founders of the club way back in 1948 and, as supporters of a certain age will know, was Chairman for 23 years until June 1990. He remained Club President until his death, a worthy tribute to his lifetime of love for the club
