The star midfielder Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City is starting to make plans for his possible departure from the Etihad Stadium this summer.

The 33-year-old Belgian international may be heading to the Saudi Pro League, according to reports, after reaching a personal terms agreement with Al-Ittihad. Man City is now expected to negotiate a cost for the player. However, since their primary creative outlet has vanished, City is already considering their next best move.

They might enter the competition for Benfica player Joao Neves, who has been strongly associated with rival Manchester United, according to TEAM talk. Dan Ashworth, the Red Devils’ new sporting director, has been given the responsibility of offloading midfielder Casemiro. Neves is reportedly one of his main targets; the 19-year-old’s £59 million bid was turned down this week.
