With Alexandro Bernabei departing to sign a loan with Internacional earlier this year, Celtic only have Greg Taylor on the roster at left defender.
The Argentinian joined the reigning Scottish Premiership champions in 2022 and has since made 28 appearances, scoring one goal and providing three assists. Despite this, he struggled to establish a spot before leaving for South America.
It’s difficult to say exactly why Bernabei’s time at Celtic ended the way it did, but that was the past, and Edouardo Coudet had hope that things would improve when he left.
Even though it seems doubtful that he would progress at his original club, the former Lanus man is still only 23 years old.
