Stafford Rangers have announced the signings of Oliver Jepson, Caspar Hughes and Dan Cockerline ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Jepson, 28, is the first of manager Dave Cooke’s new additions and fended off interest from numerous clubs at Step 3 and 4 to secure his signature.
The centre-back began last season as Kidsgrove Athletic’s captain but departed in October to join Bury FC.
Joining him Marston Road next season is Caspar Hughes.
The 30-year-old midfielder is well acquainted with Cooke following their time together at Nantwich Town, where he was made captain.
Hughes, who made 249 appearances for the Dabbers, joined the Boro in December 2023, but due to injuries, was unable to play.
Finally, the club have also announced the signing of striker Dan Cockerline.
Also a former Nantwich player under Cooke, he was most recently plying his trade at Warrington Rylands, where he made 16 appearances after joining the club from Newcastle Town in January.
Stafford Rangers have also confirmed that Joe Willis, Tyreece Onyeka and Ethan Morgan have left the club to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
