He suffered an injury early last season against Wofford. Dilione also missed the Maui Invitational due to a torn plantar fascia which also limited him against North Carolina.

Dilione saw limited playing time with the Volunteers with Zakai Zeigler, Dalton Knecht, Jonas Aidoo, Josiah-Jordan James, and others taking up most of the minutes.

Dilione signed with Tennessee as a four-star prospect out of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He ranked as the No. 44 overall prospect and No. 1 player in North Carolina, according to the On3 industry rankings.

The On3 Transfer Portal Industry Rankings have Dilione as a four-star transfer. He was the No. 24 shooting guard in the portal before his most recent commitment.

Dilione announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions after a multi-day visit. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
