The Panthers are once again expected to finish last in the NFL, and they seem to be unable to break the cycle of injuries to their quarterback (which, to be honest, they caused by trading for Bryce Young last year). The Commanders selected their quarterback of the future in 2024, and now it’s time to select Travis Hunter—possibly the franchise’s face—who is a generational talent and the top college football player. As a sophomore, Hunter saw limited action but still recorded 1,044 snaps. He was a two-way player who had seven games with over 100 snaps. For the average defender, that is more than two seasons’ worth of reps. He is a deft cornerback with the ability to excel at receiver and with the ball as well.
